The MD & CEO of SBIGFL brings a wealth of experience, having held key positions in both domestic and international banking over his distinguished career. Before his current role, he served as the MD & CEO of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited, a step-down subsidiary of the State Bank of India (SBI).

His journey in banking began with Indian Bank and Bank of Baroda before he joined SBI, where he undertook various roles of increasing responsibility. Internationally, he excelled as the Senior Vice President (Credit & Operations) at the Regional Head Office in DIFC, Dubai, and as the Country Head & CEO of SBI’s Maldives Operations. Domestically, he served as the Regional Manager under the Administrative Office in Varanasi, handling sectors such as carpet exports, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and agricultural banking.

His career has been marked by significant contributions to business development, audit and compliance, human resource planning, training systems, and organizational strategy. An ardent proponent of digital transformation, he has successfully spearheaded numerous initiatives across various functions and geographies to improve customer experiences.

Academically, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in History (Honors), a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has also acquired an Executive MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, earned a certification in Digital Transformation from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and recently attained the highly regarded CFA designation. With a career enriched by diverse experience, he continues to bring impactful leadership and forward-looking vision to the banking and finance sector.

Shri Bibhuti Bhusan Dash, EVP – CCO

Joined the Bank in 1994 as a Probationary Officer and has varied work experience across Retail Banking, SME, Corporate Banking and International Banking. Prior to taking over as Chief Credit Officer in SBIGFL, he was CEO of SBI’s China operations. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and has interest in music and literature.

Shri Prabhakar Kumar, EVP - COO

Shri Prabhakar Kumar has more than 25 years of banking experience and joined State Bank of India (Kolkata Circle) as a Probationary Officer in August 1997. He is a Graduate in Geology and has completed JAIIB & CAIIB. He has a vast experience in Credit and also in the area of Forex, Operation and Compliance.

In his career, he has held various assignments, mainly related with Credit roles. He has worked as in charge of Development Banking Division, Credit Officer, Credit Analyst and Relationship Manager in Commercial Client Group.

He has held Branch Head position of four SME branches (SME Asansol, SME Salt Lake Kolkata, SME Exim Branch Kolkata   & SME Naraina New Delhi).

He has experience in International Banking and held position as Country Head & Chief Representative (Eastern Europe) at Istanbul, Turkey. Prior to joining the State Bank of India, he worked in the Bank of Baroda as Officer.

At present, he is designated as Executive Vice President – Client Services & Information Technology Functions for SBI Global Factors Limited.

Shri Amit Sharma,EVP-CFO

Shri Amit Sharma has over two decades of experience in the finance and banking sector having joined State Bank of India, Lucknow Circle, as a Probationary Officer in the year 2000. He possesses vast and extensive experience in areas revolving around corporate credit, lending and operations.

Prior to joining SBI Global Factors Limited, Shri Sharma was Team Leader in Project Finance. He is insightful when it comes to the funding of Industrial and Infrastructure projects. He has also served as Vice President (Operations) at Bahrain Foreign Office of the Bank, from 2015 to 2020, specialising in executing operational processes ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery. He continued to display a consistent track record of driving growth in both domestic and international markets.

At present, he is designated as Executive Vice President - CFO for SBI Global Factors Limited.

Shri Vivek Pachauri-CBO

Shri Vivek Pachauri is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of extensive experience spanning commercial banking, supply chain finance, product development, factoring and people management. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has impressive academic credentials, securing an all-India rank in both CA intermediate and CA final examinations on his first attempt. Additionally, he has successfully cleared the insolvency professional and valuation (SFA) examinations conducted by IBBI.

Commencing his career with Axis Bank in New Delhi, Shri Vivek has held key positions in other prominent financial institutions as well such as ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, and HSBC, where he operated across diverse markets in North India, East India and Western India. His expertise lies in Credit, Lending, and Transaction banking.

In his previous role at HSBC, Shri Vivek served as the Senior Vice President and Region Head, where he held responsibility for the P&L and Balance Sheet of the Business Banking segment based in Pune. Currently, as the Chief Business Officer, he spearheads business development and oversees all branches of SBI Global Factors Ltd. throughout the country.
