• Incumbent should have experience in the field of Trade Credit Insurance (TCI) in a General Insurance Company/ Broking Industry handling Trade Credit Insurance product.• Incumbent should be able to independently handle SBIGFL's TCI Desk, which include managing the TCI Policies obtained by SBIGFL (Insured) for the Buyers approved under Domestic and Export Factoring Borrowers.
• Monitoring and ensuring timely payment of insurance premium under the TCI Policy/ processing of renewal of the Policy/ processing of payments of charges related to the Policy.
• Monitoring / Liasoning with the Client for obtaining of Loss Payee Assignment under the TCI Policy obtained by Clients, ensuring the premium payments have been made by the Client under the Client's Policy, monthly turnover declarations made by the Clients under their TCI Policy.
• Liasion with the Trade Credit Insurers like SBI General Insurance Company Ltd, etc for obtaining credit cover on the Buyers requested by Borrowers/ Branches, correspond with the Trade Credit Insurer for approval for specific requirement for Borrowers outside of General Policy terms, seeking approval for extension, etc.
• Should have hands-on experience with filing the monthly returns/ overdue notifications to Trade Credit Insurers, documentation / process requirements for TCI Claim Settlements processes and correspondence with the Trade Credit Insurer in this regard.
• Triggering of Credit Cover from Import Factors for Export Factoring Clients, liasoning with Import Factors for extension of credit cover, enhancement of credit line, KYC and other documents required by the Import Factors, communicating with the Import Factor with respect to the overdue receivables and filing of claim, tie-up with new Import Factors, FCI related work, etc.
